He leads the digital economy cluster network of Schleswig-Holstein (Northern Germany), which means that he works as a networker on a daily basis.
Previously, Dr. Johannes Ripken has worked in the music industry for more than 10 years, including for Universal Music, and there he also experienced how relationship-driven and emotionally important business decisions are made. For more than 10 years, Dr. Johannes Ripken is regularly engaged nationally and internationally as a lecturer, speaker and trainer.
